Your next fifteen minutes

1. Unzip the folder and save StockSense-Inventory-System.xlsx to Google Drive, OneDrive or iCloud — not Downloads.
2. Open StockSense-EXAMPLE-FILLED.xlsx first and click through the six tabs. It has 15 sample SKUs and four months of movements, so you can see every status and chart working.
3. Then open the blank master: type your store name on Settings, one row per SKU on Products, and log today's sales on Movements.
4. Open START-HERE.txt for the 60-second version, or GUIDE.html for the full manual — every column and every formula is documented there.
5. Set the habit now: fifteen minutes every Monday — log the week, open Reorder, place one order, check dead stock.
