Digital Products (PDF Ebooks, Templates, Digital Downloads)

No refunds are offered for digital products. Due to the nature of digital products — they can be instantly downloaded and duplicated — all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions for Digital Products

We will provide a replacement or resolution in the following cases:

• The downloaded PDF file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete
• You were charged incorrectly (e.g., charged twice for the same product)
• The product you received is materially different from what was described on the product page

To request a replacement, email lonefaisal977@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.

Printed Books (Physical Products)

For the Digital + Printed Edition, the following refund policy applies to the physical book component:

• Damaged or Defective Book: If your printed book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
• Lost in Transit: If your book does not arrive within 15 days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.
• Wrong Book Delivered: If you receive the wrong book, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Note: The digital PDF portion of the Digital + Printed Edition is non-refundable regardless of any physical book issue.

Cancellations

• Digital Products: Orders are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
• Printed Books: If the book has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by emailing lonefaisal977@gmail.com. If the book has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Processing Time

Refund and replacement requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
