Digitalaikart is the brand name under which UTILITYNEST publishes its apps
and sells its digital products.
The short version
Our Android apps do not create an account for you and do not store your personal data on
our servers. Everything an app keeps — settings, downloads, recordings, saved chats — lives
on your own phone, so you can delete it yourself in a few seconds. If you have ever emailed
or messaged us for support, write to us and we will delete that too.
1. Delete app data on your device
Clear one app's data: open Android Settings →
Apps → pick the app → Storage & cache →
Clear storage. This removes its settings, history and saved files.
Remove the app completely: Android Settings →
Apps → pick the app → Uninstall. All data the app held on the
device is deleted with it.
Revoke a permission: Android Settings → Apps
→ pick the app → Permissions. You can turn off camera, microphone,
storage, notification access or display-over-other-apps at any time.
TwinSpace device administrator: Android Settings →
Security → Device admin apps → turn off TwinSpace, then
uninstall.
2. Ask us to delete anything you sent us
If you contacted us — a support email, a WhatsApp message, an order query, a bug report
with a screenshot — send a deletion request and we will erase it.
Please tell us the email address or phone number you used, and which app or order it
relates to, so we can find the right records. We do not ask for ID documents.
What we delete, and what we must keep
Deleted: support conversations, contact details you shared with us,
screenshots or files you sent, and any note we made while helping you.
Kept: purchase records that Indian tax and accounting law requires us
to retain (order value, date and payment reference from Razorpay) for the statutory period.
These records do not include your card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay holds those, and we
never see them.
How long it takes
We confirm every request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will
get a reply from lonefaisal977@gmail.com when it is done.
Children's data
Our apps do not collect personal data from anyone, including children. If a child has sent
us personal information by email or WhatsApp, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
